LLC has a history of almost 40 years in the dryer manufacturing and service industry. With all of the changes in the products being produced in the field, the duration of commodities and of course the weather conditions, NGE has come out with these service programs for your convenience.
Last year we received numerous service calls on dryers and drying systems every day. Our service team did the best they could to keep on task and provide professional and timely service for our customers. This is the reason we are coming out with the Gold, Silver or Standard program.

  • “Your Service and support is our first priority.” - Full Service
  • Access to the 24-hour dryer hotline.
  • Automatically a Gold Member (1 year) if you bought a dryer in the   current year.
  • Gold Preseason fee plus mileage and parts. (Call us for pricing)
  • “You will be added to our secondary list for service.”
  • Access to the Service Manager at 1-888-280-2816.   Your service will come after the Gold members are completed.
  • Complete dryer check-up and updates advised by technicians.
  • Silver Preseason fee plus mileage and parts. (Call us for pricing)
  • You will be added to the Standard Membership List and will receive service  or parts after the Gold Members and Silver Members are taken care of.
  • No preseason is available after the July 31st date.
